Does setup & delivery require extra fees?
Setup, delivery & breakdown are included in the price.
What is the time frame for the rental of the Teepee's?
All teepees are delivered the day of the party. We like to arrive 2-3 hours before your event. A scheduled time will be discussed for break down and pick up the next day.
How clean is the equipment?
All of our teepee's and equipment are inspected and properly cleaned and sanitized after each use. We inspect our teepee's and they are spot cleaned in between use. Teepees are taken apart and thoroughly washed weekly. All of our linens are washed after each use. All of our accessories are inspected and sanitized via breakdown before reuse.
Are your Teepee's for sale? Can they be used outdoors?
Our Teepee's are only for hire at this time. All of our equipment is for indoor use only.
How soon do I need to book for a Inner Sparkle Party?
I suggest 3-4 weeks prior to the event. Anything less than 2 weeks or less will not give us time to honor any special requests such as add on's and possible new themes. 50% of the cost of the party is due at booking as a deposit for any special requests. The 50% comes off the balance. We like to make sure we give an experience your child won't forget. Last minute bookings 1-week notice will require additional
"rush fees" if any add on's or special requests outside of the theme is asked.
What if I need less than 5 Teepee's?
We do offer special pricing for fewer than 5. Please see our package and additional information section. Give us a call and we will see if we can accommodate.
What if i need more than 5 Teepee's?
If your needing more than 5, an additional $40 per extra Teepee will be charged.
Does any of the decor require plugging in to an outlet?
No, all of our LED decor are ran via batteries. An emergency Kit is left for the night with extra batteries in case anyone's goes out. An air pump is also left for air mattress use just in case.
How far out do you travel? Are any additional fee's applied due to mileage?
We service Louisville Metro, & Surrounding Areas. We service MOST parts of Southern Indiana. Additional mileage fees will occur to any area outside of our 20 mile radius of our starting point. This will be relayed at the time of booking before payment is taken. We charge one flat fee of $50 for surrounding areas over the 20 mile radius.
***Bookings out of town will be priced according to your location. No rate will be the same as the distance is not the same. Inquire for out of town bookings*
How much Space do I need?
Our twin size air mattresses measures 6 ft long by 3.25 wide. If you are unsure of space, please measure or reach out to us. We will suggest sending photos and video of space. We can usually tell right off what needs to be moved out the room, or how many can fit. We suggest doing this prior to booking if you aren’t sure, as our deposit is non-refundable. It is the parents or the person who books, responsibility
to ensure you have the space. We will only make changes to the packages (lesser amount of Teepee’s) we won’t refund after Balance is paid if the amount booked doesn’t fit.
***We do not Rent out our Teepee’s or lighting for event usage. We are however available for booking to event planners. Let's work together and bring the clients dream to life. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure you have the space for our setups. Please ask questions if you’re not sure.
Party Items Damage/Lost or Stolen:
Any damages or lost/stolen rental equipment will incur a cost equal to its replacement. We reserve the right to exit immediately due to illegal activity or rude and disrespectful clients. You will be charged the full price for the party.
Liability to Third Parties
The business will not be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guests. We assume no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party. Additionally, we will not be liable for claims for personal injury or death while using our equipment during your hire period. The items are made for children and customers have a duty of care to supervise.
A non-smoking environment must be provided at all times during the teepee rental. Please do your best to keep pets away from the teepees. The home must be clean and free of debris, infestations, and clean. We have the right to refuse service and refund all but deposit, if the space is not safe to leave our equipment. Pets, food, and drinks are prohibited inside the teepee.
A checklist of the rental items and any additional items at the time of the delivery will be provided and verified by the client and the business. It is the client’s responsibility to return all the items that are checked in perfect condition the next day.
Inner Sparkle Teepee Parties, reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any promotional media controlled by us. Rest assured that we will never use identifying information in these images. If you would like an image removed, please contact us immediately via email or text. Feel free to tag Inner Sparkle Teepee Parties, in any of your social media posts.
Pets, makeup, food and drinks are prohibited inside the teepee. Any stains inside or outside the tents will result in a penalty charge of $75 plus $100 cleaning fee.
Due to STATE OR WORLDWIDE Shut down; Any monies paid in advance toward your event is non-refundable. If a balance is due and you want to cancel, you will not be charged for the remaining amount due. You can reschedule or be issued a credit for future events and dates. Please communicate this with Inner Sparkle. If the State calls for total isolation stopping us from fulfilling any dates already paid for and booked, the same applies. We will reschedule and or issue credit for another date. If myself or crew test positive for covid and have to cancel, we will issue a full refund in 7-10 business days or reschedule for a later date, per your decision. We understand the importance of your event and never want to cancel, however at this time SAFETY comes first.
Bookings are confirmed only after a deposit via bank transfer has been received. We currently use Paypal as our payment system. The remaining Invoice amount is due and paid in full 6 days prior to the event date by 5pm EST. Any payments not paid, will subject us to cancellation of your event. We are a small business and cannot make special paymen accommodations. The deposit is not refundable. Changs must be requested 2 weeks prior to your event.
As a small business, we strive to provide excellent customer service. Any events that need to be canceled are subject for reschedule or a credit. We do not offer refunds.
** Location Drop off **
Any setup we provide must STAY at the location we setup and you booked for. Our equipment should never be moved or taken to another location unless we advise for you to do so.

Any add on props and or table decor, is subject to fall over due to high winds. We apologize if this happens and can not issue a refund as weather elements are out of our control.
In the state of bad weather it is out of our control if declared unsafe to travel. We will offer a credit for another date. Refunds are not offered as we don’t control the weather.
**Terms and conditions for Picnics, Pamper Parties , Paint Parties & Belle Tent Rentals outdoors are the same as stated above.**
