*All outdoor setups are based upon the weather. Please have a backup plan and space arranged in case the weather is bad. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather. We will need to know your final decision for setup 2 hrs prior to Setup.

** Please Note that if the forecast calls for Tornadoes & Severe Thunder storms we will have to reschedule or set up on the inside. All outdoor setups are based upon the weather. *** No refunds due to weather however; reschedules are permitted.

*** We can only set up in Public Parks as a Permit from the city are required for private parks.

** You provide the location ( all locations will not be honored)  Inquire with us;

** A Waiver must be filled out for all guests.   

** Due to covid, Please clear all food containers, plates etc from table as we will not touch.

** Be on time for your setup as we sometimes have multiple setups in day. 

* Please note that any props added on or setup are subject to tumble over due to weather. We cannot control weather and will not refund if these items fall over. We do our best to secure the props.
