Inner Sparkle Treated my daughters birthday as if it was their own daughters! If I could add 10 stars I would.
My daughters Inner Sparkle Teepee party was nothing short of amazing. Everything was very professional and the setup/break down was done in a timely manner. The girls had plenty of activities to keep them busy during the night because there was a no cell phone policy. This allowed the girls to be present in the moment & really enjoy themselves. My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time at her Unicorn sleepover. The party was beautifully decorated and the activities and crafts kept them entertained. Booking Inner Sparkle Teepees Parties allowed me to give my son a birthday sleepover he would remember forever. They were very professional, and literally worked a miracle in a small space. We absolutely loved Inner Sparkle Teepee Parties to celebrate my daughters 10th Birthday! Every friend that came had eyes wide as saucers and giggled with excitement when they saw the set up! ****User Agreement Terms and Conditions****
The person who books Inner Sparkle Teepee Parties ' Hirer' warrants that they have the authority to book the equipment. ‘The Equipment’ means the goods that are rented as they appear on the Invoice and or Booking Agreement upon arrival and set up. ‘The Agreement’ means the signed Invoice/Hire Agreement between the Business and the 'Hirer' of the equipment.
Agreement: By placing an order via Contact form, email or telephone, agrees that the Hirer accepts the conditions of the hiring agreement. The business will retain an Invoice/Hire Agreement for the goods delivered for services, which the Hirer, or agent of the Hirer ( Party Planner) , will be supplied a copy upon request. If the Agreement is not signed by the Hirer this does NOT forfeit the Agreement.
Hire Charges: Unless prior arrangements have been made between parties, the hiring charges are for a period of drop off and pickup which may vary. The hiring charges are for the agreed period as per the Agreement. If the equipment is unavailable for pick up on return, the Business reserves the right to charge the Hirer for extra time outside of the agreed time frame.
> Due to STATE OR WORLDWIDE Shut down; Any monies paid in advance toward your event is non-refundable. If a balance is due and you want to cancel, you will not be charged for the remaining amount due. You can reschedule or be issued a credit for future events and dates. Please communicate this with Inner Sparkle. If the State calls for total isolation stopping us from fulfilling any dates already paid for and booked, the same applies. We will reschedule and or issue credit for another date.
>Everything is Non-Refundable. We will work with you to reschedule and accommodate.
Bookings are confirmed only after a deposit via bank transfer has been received. Remaining Invoice amount will be paid in full 7 days prior to the hire date. Delivery charges may apply if the Business needs to reschedule delivery times or next day pickups. Pay-Pal tax is included in all totals as we have to pay the tax if not charged to the customer.
****Delivery & Pick up****
Delivery charges are determined based upon the location of the party. Inner Sparkle Teepee, provides services in 'Most 'parts of the Greater Louisville Metro Area and 'SOME' parts of the Greater Indiana area. Anything outside the range of where we delivery will be subjected to an extra charge per mileage on top of the hiring fee. Times will be discussed via the request when the booking takes place.
Identification: Verification of the 'Hirer' ID and signature will be taken at the point of equipment drop off. The business agrees to only verify information for business purposes only. Payments are made through a secured sight such as PayPal or Square. Private information will NOT be shared outside the business.
****Setting up of Equipment****
Set up and break down are included with the booking. We only ask that the Hirer is responsible for indicating clearly, the location of assembly and dismantling of equipment. All furniture, clutter and debris will need to be moved by the Hirer. We will not move any furniture and or clean up the space before setting up and breaking down. The space must be clean vacuumed or mopped before we setup. Inner Sparkle reserves the right to cancel and refund all but the deposit if the space is not clean and safe for our equipment to be left. The business will take every care but, shall not be liable for any damages to the site. The Hirer is responsible for checking the quality of hired items against the Invoice/Agreement upon delivery and should contact the business via phone immediately should there be an discrepancy or damage discovered after we have left the sight. Concerns about damages after the function will not be considered, and the Hirer will be liable for any loss or damage to the Equipment upon pickup. If at any time during the hire period the Hirer considers the equipment to be faulty, it is the Hirers responsibility to contact the Business by telephone to report the problem. The Business reserves the right to repair or replace the faulty Equipment as soon as reasonably possible during the hire period. The Hirer should not attempt to repair the Equipment without prior consent of the Business. Call out charges, relative to the time of day, will be due and payable if the Equipment is found not to be faulty as claimed by the Hirer. The business will not be liable for any loss, damage or expenditure incurred by the Hirer due to faulty Equipment for any reason whatsoever. At the end of the hire period the Hirer must remove all linen only and place to the side. All other equipment will be taken down by Inner Sparkle as we inspect and sanitize all equipment while breaking down and packing up. Equipment pickup should be no longer then 30-50 minutes unless items are missing. To insure no extra pick up charges will be incurred by the Business, please make sure all items are there.
Linens do not need to be washed by hirer as Inner Sparkle will do so after each use however, if they are returned stained or excessively dirty a cleaning fee may apply. All hire equipment; linen and bed sheets need to be returned dry.
Any loss, broken, excessive damaged or destroyed equipment outside of the normal wear and tear will be charged to the Hirer at full replacement value.
****Liability of Third party****
The Business will not be liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage to any persons or property however caused. The businesses decision is final in all matters relating to these terms and conditions.
